Terms of Service
Effective: April 20, 2026
Who can use this
You have to be 18 or older to use The Client Engine. By creating an account you're confirming you meet that bar.
Your account
One person, one account. Don't share your login. Keep your password somewhere safe. Anything that happens under your account is on you, so if you suspect it's been accessed by someone else, change your password and let us know.
What this is
The Client Engine is a free educational platform. We teach you how to build AI-powered client acquisition systems. We don't promise you'll get clients, hit any revenue number, or see any specific business outcome. What you build with what you learn is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the platform. Don't resell, repackage, or redistribute the course content. Don't reverse engineer or try to extract the underlying code. Don't try to break things, scrape at scale, or hammer the AI exercises to run up our bill. Use it the way it's meant to be used.
Who owns what
The course content — lessons, video, copy, code, design — is ours. What you put into the platform about your business, and what the AI exercises generate for you, is yours. You can use those outputs however you want.
About the AI outputs
The examples and outputs from the AI exercises are suggestions generated by a model. They're a starting point, not professional advice. Don't treat them as legal, financial, or business counsel. Use your judgment and check anything important before you act on it.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account any time by emailing us.
No warranty, no liability
The platform is provided as-is. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We're not liable for business decisions you make based on what you learn here, or for any losses that follow from using the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved there.
